Perspectives on Health and Wellbeing with Dr Tim Stevenson

Robbie Savage was a football player who polarised opinion. He was (and maybe still is for some) a marmite man. People either loved him or loved to hate him.

He had a combative style on the pitch and got under peoples’ skins on and off the it.

Now as a successful and much listened to soccer pundit and after performing on Strictly Come Dancing, Robbie is reaching new audiences. However it is the same Robbie beneath it all and on this podcast we really do get beneath it all.

We explore many of the challenges that Robbie has faced on and off the football pitch, and I hope that at least a little comes across of what makes him the lovely but vulnerable guy that he is to all who really know him.

I hope you enjoy the show and that you find some of the approaches to mental wellbeing that we explore useful.

As always “In healthy company” the areas we explore are there to give  different perspectives and approaches on how an individual might deal with pressures and strive towards wellness. However I would urge anyone for whom the pressure is uncomfortable or unbearable to reach out to friends and professional advisers such as your General Practitioner or The Samaritans.

If you do find this podcast interesting and useful please consider sharing it and subscribing to my shows.
