The Healthy Library is a selection of books that I have found useful, either on a professional or a personal level (Often both!) . They provide useful insights into the authors individual approaches to areas such as first aid, first aid at sea, or indeed mindfulness.
Some medical reference books are also listed covering the areas in which i specialise and consult.
